Get a free year of DashPass for Doordash by signing up using the first Amazon link. You also get a free month of Prime.

On Doordash: Offer valid through 7/31/23.
On Amazon CA: Offer ends 06/06/2025.
I’ve previously done free trials for both separately on my accounts, but it still let me get both free.

The Prime sign up is on the Amazon.CA website but doesn’t affect the deal.

Remember to cancel the trials;)

Mod: Comments/reports appear to indicate that you will only receive 1 month of DashPass once you cancel your trial, we will check back in a month to confirm this is the case and move to forums as necessary. Remember to cancel your Amazon trial now or before the month ends. Cancelling the trial still gives you Prime until the end of the month.

Mod 2: Various methods of pausing membership, having AU prime etc. have still not resulted in the DashPass being obtained, moved to forums as unobtainable..

      Wouldn't a 1 month free trial to Prime Canada only give you 1 month free access to DashPass?

          I don't know why anyone is fooling themselves into thinking they're going to get a free year when the T&Cs and FAQ clearly tell us otherwise, multiple times.

          Me pointing these out isn't going to affect the outcome.

          The free DashPass membership offered by DoorDash and Prime is an offer that is only available to active Prime members.

        I made a mistake and paid for a month of Canadian Amazon Prime (I cancelled and was told by amazon support that the full amount would be refunded). So I currently don't have an active Canadian prime subscription.

        When I cancelled the prime subscription my doordash dashpass disappeared as well

      Funnily enough I've found Amazon Canada (and Canadian companies in general) to be the worst at customer service! Virtually every delivery was several days late and they didn't even say sorry, let alone do anything about it.

          Update: I had to manually contact Amazon customer service to cancel my free trial. But DashPass access gone once my trial was cancelled.

          Another update: Customer service told me to sign up for monthly membership at CDN9.99 (total CDN11.49 = AUD13.21 with tax included) and they will reimburse my first month. I followed the link in OP and my DashPass is once again activated.

    Wow that was too easy.

    Signed on Amazon.ca with existing Amazon log in, started prime trial.
    Auto directs to log in to door dash, used existing door dash log in and activated the pass.

    Now to set reminders and cancel Amazon.ca trial.

        I’m looking at my DoorDash account and nothing has been canceled.

        It says free for 13 months from Amazon Prime membership, and active until 27/8/2024.

          Cancelling Prime now, FREE trial Prime membership does not end for 29 days!

          So DashPass shouldn't be affected for at least 29 days!

    Soooo will the door dash pass auto renew on expiration in a year? Charge your prime Amazon payment type you have attached on Amazon or maybe the payment type you have on your door dash account?

    Even though I have cancelled my Canada Amazon prime?

    Funny thing witht all these blood sucking, trendy, cutesie looking, come and go, die, businesses do now is that they don't allow you to remove your saved payment method until you add another, verified, vaild payment method.

    I can't remove my PayPal on door dash unless I add another payment method, card or afterpay.

    Any solutions? Thanks in advance…

      Could use Revolut - create a virtual card (temporary card doesn't work for doordash I think), get it approved, then either freeze or terminate the card.

      I think can do the same with Wise and some other banks.

          Yeah, I got 2 accounts banned during recent $1 deals. Made a call and was told that would be released back. Not sure if it will. Even their specialist cant tell exactly why the ban. They talked nicely while checking through. I would say from a higher-level Indian call centre.

      I always cancel my subscriptions via PayPal.

      You can log into PayPal and there should be a page for your active subscriptions, cancel from there and you'll be notified from whoever tries to take your payment that it failed and add a new payment method if it tries to renew automatically

        Dashpass is terminated when you cancel prime. So it's really only a month of Dashpass.

      FYI, this was resolved after making a search on Amazon US in an incognito window from the same IP and filling out the CAPTCHA.
