Greenman Gaming does a CD key only (put into steam) for $37.50 with the code GMG25-1BW0K-K1A3G (25% off anything) if you don't want a physical disc. Not sure if it comes with the DLC though.

The game uses Steamworks so the disc isn't all that important. The boxed version is only useful if you're desperately short of download quota or your ISP doesn't offer unmetered steam content. Otherwise just buy from GMG.

I guess the upside of this particular Boxed version is the inclusion of the DLC which was offered as a pre-order incentive prior to launch.
