ya, especially after loosing the law suit to Apple in US, Australia seems like a good place for Samsung to dump them.

What do you expect Samsung to do in the meantime while they wait for the appeal, its not like these phones are going to sell well in 6 months time with all the new phones coming out before then. They are going to be being dumped straight out of HK to whoever will buy them.
Just bide your time, unless you get a scorching deal on a handeset (which this deal isn't), this is pretty much the worst time of the year to throw down a wad of cash on a top end phone.
Yeah but Europe and Asia are their biggest markets and that lawsuit will going through appeals court for ages yet, lets hope it gets overturned just because it will set a bad precedent for future lawsuits.

DO NOT buy a note from DWI. Have a read about emmc bug on notes, they won't be covered by dwi's sh*tty warranty. Don't buy from dwi infact, if you prefer to have after sales support then go somewhere else.
Wait a few weeks for gnote2 to come on stream, price of this is just about to fall.
