  Have bought from Gamerholic many times, no issues with delivery or click and collect options.

  Only negative i can nit pick at is the communication from their team is some times slow.

  Combined with poor reputation and even a warning on Boardgameoracle, I'd not bother with them again.

  Gonna cast my first negative vote on Ozbargain today. This is a company with poor customer service, I've given them too many chances in the past, hoping others won't go through the same situation(s).

  Not worth the risk ordering from these guys if you ask me.
  I ordered once, they sent me only half my order. then for support they asked me to send a photo of the items that were not delivered. Then didn't do anything about it after that.
  I had to put a chargeback through my creditcard.

  Just don’t. Placed an order for four games recently that were all showing available/in-stock. One turned out to be a pre-order only, two were not in fact in stock. The only positive thing I can say was that they happily refunded the entire order. I really wanted to prove the boardgameoracle.com warnings about these guys wrong. But they were right. Just don’t.
