That deal went well for me. They were out of stock so I got a v525w. $9 for a $100 printer made it quite the bargain for me
NOT FAIR - I got the non-wireless version. The drivers are AWFUL… but it works.
Just dont hope to print good photos with this unit, as they are shocking quality…but fair to good for other printing duties

I wouldn't buy one, but it's a good price. Just throw it out when the ink runs out. ;)

True. Sadly, a lot of businesses still use fax. Somehow, they trust a signature on a fax more than on an email.
Blame our legal system, which is so archaic they still think ISDN is a neat idea.

HP 8500a. My expereince.
0-50 prints = streaky colour
50- 100 prints = colour stops working even with new ink cartridges
100-200 prints = replace print heads
200-250 prints = failed alignment. Forced ink wasting alignment tests. Wasted my new $100 geniune ink in 3 days. Only 12 prints.
Under 300 prints = Tell HP what you want to do do their printer and they'll replace it.I can’t imagine what a cheaper model will be like.
My HP Photosmart experience.
New Cartridges lasted only about 20 std b&w pages and 5 photos, replaced with 5 new OEM cartidges
month 3 - after printing only 23 photos the Ink was finished ?? Checked and noticed the head's leaking ink ?? Waste of money ..so replaced with NON OEM.
Never printed Colour again and the inks where Dry ?? Checked and noticed the head's leaking ink, Replaced with NON OEM and still leaking and the Print head is now faulty as it doesn't recognize the cartridges intermittently as the connection from head to printer is not that good.
Used the sample magic sponge to clean te connections and it works better but still leaked ink
Figured out this $300 cost me more in ink and time stuffing around…
yeah and I've been a computer technician for 20+ years fixed lots of printers but these are crap according to my experience.
I wont get into the other issues with setting it up on Wifi 9network (XP or Win 7,) crap software HP should be disgusted with themselves.my HP B110a printer experience.
printed about 6 colour pages and 12 b&w pages and the original cartridges were empty.
Hacked my printer- removed side cover of printer and took out the cr2032 battery, bought generic ink off ebay for $8, re-inked cartridges.- disco, re-inked original cartridges work perfectly.
Great price.
Waiting for someone to bring up the Dell $9 printer deal from last month.
