Offer is available on Thrifty car hire bookings made with RACV.
Only available for rentals within Aus & NZ.
Must be based on a like for like comparison between the RACV member rate for Thrifty and the retail rate provided online by Hertz, Europcar, Budget, Avis or Thrifty (including aggregators Vroom Vroom and Oodles)
Offer is not applicable to corporate contracted rates.
‘Like for like’ means the same pick up and drop off locations, time and dates, vehicle category (including same cc rating, number of doors) and inclusions (such as baby seat, GPS, Vehicle Registration Fee, Premium location surcharge, Admin Fee, Premium Protection or Ultimate Protection selected, insurance waiver).
The vehicle at the lower price must be available online for immediate booking.
Thrifty will in its sole discretion determine whether a Price Promise claim is successful.
By making a Price Promise claim, applicants authorise Thrifty to provide a discount if the claim is successful via a refund to the credit card or Account name shown on the Rental Agreement.
A valid RACV Membership number must be provided at the time of claim and Membership card presented at the time of vehicle collection.
A current quote or screen shot of the offer must be provided with the claim within 7 days of receipt of a Thrifty car hire booking confirmation, and the claim must be received and assessed prior to the hire car being picked up
Only one claim per quote is available.
All car rentals must meet the standard age, drivers license and credit requirements of Thrifty.

Visit a RACV shop, racv.com.au/travel or call the RACV Holiday Line on 13 13 29 to make a claim.
Thrifty will refund the difference plus an additional 10% (the difference between the rate for their booking and the lower matched rate0 within 30 days of car drop-off, to the members credit card used at the time of booking.
