Are these the dodgy Americans who took over the Ugg Boot name, or the Aussie trying to just sell Ugg boots?
Nah mate they are the LaSt TaNnErY in Australia.
So true blue that they falsely advertise and are a pain in the butt to deal with if anything goes wrong.Avoid if possible.
In what circumstance would you wear these out in public men?
Tinder date fo sho
I was one of those guys that was like, I'm never gunna wear uggs, ever! Then one day I saw some on sale with heavy duty rubber soles and bit the bullet thinking I can wear them around the house. Now I wear my uggs everywhere in winter. they go good under long baggy tracksuit pants without the cuffs. I go shopping with them, drinks at the pub, But not to the club, they sent me home. Chicks dig em, especially out west…
What type of sock would OP recommend?
What if you wore the sock on your hand?
Just add googly eyes and they will become your best friend
@tokimonkey: Like some kind of puppet made of a socks?
@Nalar: Not some kind, the best kind!
@HiredGoon: no, YOU are the best kind of puppet
Size 7 to 13 available
This store has a history of fake "Was Price". I've checked many times after an Ozadvertisement has been posted.
Proof on this item - Google cache shows it was $319.20 two days ago.
Still a great price at $80
Probably best to remove the "Was" price from the title because it's misleading.
Also I would never buy from the store because of past behaviour from the Rep, one of the worst I have ever seen.
Remove was and replace with "priced at'?
@Naii Naii: Remove "100% Australian Made" & "Country of Origin: Australia" from the description as well -
No sole producers in Australia, therefore sole units are purchased overseas;
And it's not really a "great price" if the quality is terrible as mentioned in old posts -
Bought a pair of these a while ago as a gift, super poor quality. Wool pulled right off quite easily and looked like something on par with Kmart quality. Didn’t even end up gifting it.
Yeah i'll second this. The upper and sole of mine had come apart and winter isnt even over yet.
I've had mine for about a year. Within about 6 months of semi-daily wear, every single point where my foot contacts the sole is just rubber now. All the wool is gone. They're still comfy enough for me not to want to replace because wool on top is still intact… but I'd not buy another pair of these
Can confirm. Bought a pair in a deal earlier this year. Within a few days of wear, I noticed fluff everywhere. Bald patches quickly developed where my feet made contact with the slippers.
Threw them out within 6 months. So if you purchase these, just know that it will lose all of the wool and you'll need to replace them after several months.
They are VERY poor quality.
In comparison I had a pair of Peter Alexander ones I wore for years before they were bald and I replaced with these. Never again.
These fall apart after 6 months and the comfort is like being barefoot on concrete fyi
Same here, bought 2 and it's poor quality.
Many reported on poor quality. I tried to ignore all reports… Bought last summer due to the good price. Used them 2 months during 2022 winter, they started falling apart…
Not happy with my pair bought previously. Should have paid better attention to feedback
Also adding to the feedback that I purchased from this store before, and the product quality was not good at all. After about 6-8 weeks, the bottom layer started falling apart. Don't recommend.
The lambswool where the heel sits wears away completely after a few short weeks.
I am not sure about the quality of this for wear and tear. Got a pair for wifey in April and the wool lining at the heel is completely bald/bare now. Maybe is just a bad batch?
Purchased a pair preciously. Poor quality and poor sizing. Don't recommend.
I bought another pair last year and the sole peeled off both pairs within a month or two. They repaired them at their cost, but they are starting to peel apart again. Might get a second winter out of them, just. Maybe there was a change in quality?
Awful seller, worst customer experience and it upsets me that they still try to get into this great community. The negative reviews are real guys and I went through it two years ago. Be aware!
These guys are frauds! They asked for my order number previously to try and’ look good’ and appear like they’re providing the best service but never cared to follow up! What a load of garbage quality scuffs. Would not bother wasting my money on this. Better to spend on better quality and pay more to get value for your money. Don’t waste your time and money. Appalling customer service.
Still a great price at $80
pls elaborate
why do you think it is a great price?
personal experience?
Still waiting on the 49$ special for the shorter version
Thems are some (profanity) me boots if i've seen a pair…
These ones have that junk EVA Foam soles like all the chinese made ones on ebay. The good ones have the propper rubber soles. The rubber soles never come down to this price.
Sustainably sourced and ecologically processed.
Buzz words, let's not pretend what the sheep go through.
Also coming into summer
This brand is total rubbish, avoid.
We've got three pairs and they're fine, but as soon as something goes wrong with the order/delivery process they're a nightmare to deal with.
I wouldn't call this brand bad, ok value at the special prices on the three pairs I've bought from them. Nothing like cheap kmart boots.
I took my current pair to Eagle Wools in Fremantle (the best quality uggs IMO) and they were able to replace the sole which they usually only offer for their own boots, so they are at least constructed properly. My next pair will definitely come from eagle wools though!
Its well past midnight and it seems a bunch of people have 'just purchased' boots, and it hasnt stopped.. wow this company is making a fortune!!
Cant believe they are still being advertised here.
