For anyone who has successfully completed a referral - does it show as tracked at any point? Or does it simply show as confirmed once the referred person has made a valid purchase and that purchase cashback becomes approved?
I referred someone during the last special, they made a qualifying purchase per T&C's, the purchase is showing as pending.
Neither their profile or my profile show any referral amount tracked.
The referral bonus shows up as tracked and pending immediately after your friend signs up using your referral link. Once the cashback from their qualifying purchase turns confirmed the referral bonuses from both accounts will also turn confirmed.
If you do not see the referral as a pending transaction under "My Rewards" then their system must have detected a violation of their T&C (e.g. self referral) so best get in touch with a rep to fix it up.
