Problem Withdrawing ShopBack Earnings into Your Linked PayPal?

I've done it dozens of times, no issues.

Latest withdrawal, 11 days and counting, still processing.

Usually customer service is on it, this time, deflecting to another area, awaiting escalation results that never come… @gotyourback also silent to PM.

Anyone else facing similar delays?

    Nope, seems a you problem but strange pm is silent when did you pm them?

      Hmm, bummer, customer service unresponsive too.

      • Depending on where the rep is, that can be as little as 4-5 business hours since you’ve sent the pm.
        A bit unfair to word it the way you did in the OP.

        • 4 - 5 business hours, how? They are 2 hrs behind us, that's 11:42am yesterday SG time.

          Anyway, the usually very responsive customer service going quiet, and no one else reporting this issue seems to indicate my request has fallen thru an abnormal crack in the queue.

          I wonder if cancelling request (option exists) and resubmitting a day later may jig it into a normal queue for processing?

            @88mph: The Australian rep may not neccesarily be in Singapore.
            Even if you call it a full business day, this is a cashback service, it’s hardly an emergency.
            Geebus, people need to chill.
            Imagine sending a pm in the afternoon and complaining about no replies the next day.
            I don’t even reply messages from friends that fast.

            • @zonra: The point is the Rep need not get involved. Having a simple withdrawal gone astray for 11 days is concerning.

  • Unable to cancel withdrawal either. Requested update on case, fortunately it's not a large amount of $, but good to know how things can go south really fast service-wise.
