      This one only likes being stacked on a top loader. Also shouldn't you be consulting the manual of your washing machine, as this doesn't care what it sits on as long as the washing machine supports it

        How do you stack this on top of washing machine, put is inverted or straight?

        I can't say this yet as I am not going to buy this dryer now. It will be after sometime.

          You cannot invert the heat-pump dryers - so it just sits on top of washing machine as if its sitting on the floor.
          They recommend putting a "stacking kit" (which I think is just a big rubber mat?) inbetween, but Ive seen people say they didnt bother and works fine.

    I agree with the 1/3rd power consumption - my new Haier draws between 440w and 700w (compared to 2000+ watts for my old dryer)
    But I disagree with the 3x as long to dry - 50% longer seems to be the case for me so far.

    So 25% - 33% of the power draw - but 50% longer runtime = 38% - 50% overall power consumption of traditional dryer (or 50% - 62% reduction).

    Be careful when cleaning the heat pump fins, behind lint filter under hatch area. The fins are very fragile and can bend easily.

    Don't forget to check if your state offers an energy rebate on these. I live in SA and got about $250 back for my 7 star Aldi heat pump dryer.

      Its never easy. So the guys were great, quick, polite.. however when they put the box in the hallway, they dragged the box, the box has a coarse plastic strip around the box.. so now theres scratches for about 1.5m on timber floor boards, fantastic. I have called, and provided photos, lets see. Just needs a buff I guess, but I guess they should oblige. Have advised, take the coarse plastic strip off at the door and/or put the box on a sheet in premises.. too late now for me, but for anyone else taking delivery, please note.

        Years ago AO put the newly ordered washing machine in the back patio but accidentally took my old functioning one which I was selling. They refunded the whole order so ended up with a brand new dishwasher for free

    Has anyone stacked this on a Bosch 4 8 kg front loader? According to the specs this heat pump drier is 10 cm deeper than my Bosch front loader. Wondering if that will cause an issue stacking with a mat in between.
