ING Everyday Banking $100 Referral Bonus

For the ING Refer a Friend $100 Offer - has anyone received their bonus yet? I checked in with a couple of my mates and they confirmed meeting all the criteria but still nothing.

Thought no better place to ask than OzB community :-) ING said if not credited than its because the referee hasn't completed some steps, but then the rep on the call doesn't have any option to check on the steps completed or not.

    Just reminds again yeah Not sure if the people who messages us met the criteria or not.
    I have not gotten paid by ING though.
    Not sure if the other guy met criteria or got paid.

    I think ING taking advantage of referrers on ozb because people rarely make contact after giving details.
    So really unsure if the person who used your code actually met all criteria or not

    I messaged ING's support and they had said I would get the bonus within one month of the criteria being completed. I got $100 about 2 weeks after meeting the criteria.

      Thanks mate, that helps. I need to check mine, still been waiting, nothing received. 2 weeks have definitely elapsed in my case.

        One more thing, you can ask the referee to message ING in their app to ask for a check on their own progress if they aren't sure. ING's support had been helpful in letting me know whether I missed any of the criteria.

          I had asked my referee to call & check. They said the system showed 5 transactions were not met although the referee had in fact completed 6 card transactions all initiated & settled within the same month…and was told to expect the bonus within a week from the call.

    Can I get $100 bonus if I open the account just through official website instead of the referral link?

      No. You must get a referral code from someone and signup via the referral code.
