    • Not that far…
      Even the $15x for the same plan in the last few years was much better than this already, considering a 3 or 4 mobiles in a family.

    Website and paypal integration is trash…. cannot complete checkout with paypal, and then errors out.

    Edit: worked after fifth attempt. Suggest there is room for improvement here.

  • Tried to buy this with PayPal, got an error on the website but the transaction still went thorough. Got PayPal confirmation and your store email confirmation.

    Website says error processing checkout in the blue box right under the do you have a coupon box.

    I want to share my recent experience with OZ Tech Biz's customer support. I purchased a Boost prepaid starter kit and have been dealing with activation issues. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the problem, it remains unresolved.

    I've exchanged 10 messages with them, even providing case numbers from Boost chat, but OZ Tech Biz keeps asking for more information. It's time they take the initiative to contact Boost and help resolve this issue on my behalf.

      This customer bought sim in Feb-2022.
      On 30th Aug 2023 tried to activate the sim which some reasons they were unable to activate. They approached us regarding the issue and we requested them to talk to Boost customer service and get a case reference and provide us the same.
      They replied after two week after the sim expiry date. We still were willing to help after 1 and half year later and after the sim expiry date has passed.
      We requested the buyer to send the sim back to us with the case reference number so we can help you get a refund.
      We have to follow the process in place.

        To OZ Tech Biz credit, they have now offered for me to post them (at my cost) the activation kit and they will send it to Boost and request a refund.

        So while the finger pointing has been frustrating, it looks like I might get a resolution sometime in the future.
