OzBargain website works fine on Chrome, but consistently crashes (freezes) on Safari, pretty much every time within a few minutes. This is the only website I've encountered that does this. Any experience with this?

Safari on ios? Been fine for me on phone and tablet
MacOS. iOS is fine for me too.
Should just get firefox + ublock.
Otherwise, have you tried deleting cookies/data or reinstalling safari?
Are you using Safari on an iPhone 8, an intel Mac Pro 2019, or an M2 Mac Pro 2023?

Sounds like a plug-in issue.
I had lots of crashing issues with Safari on my Mac, I haven't used it in a least a year, using Edge now on the Mac and I've found it flawless.

Do you have content blockers turned on and are accessing Ozb from Europe/European VPN? The content blockers block the GDPR privacy consent form which needs to be acknowledged. Try turning off content blockers or use a different browser.
