Price is the same on PSN as is on Xbox per this deal the other day https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/799264, will be the last chance to buy the game digitally before being delisted at the end of this month.

Game is a good time, especially post patches. Probably a good 10/15 hours of story, then another 10 or so on the (free, included) DLC content. PSN has Spider-Man. I held out hope all the way up to this point that they might maybe finally idk maybe just maaaaybe throw Spidey into Xbox or Steam, but nope, so now I own this game three times I guess. Online is supposedly going to be continued to be supported for the foreseeable future, but we'll see how that pans out. AFAIK all the costumes and whatnot for the characters are included in this version nowadays, guess it's hard to milk microtransactions in a game you no longer sell hey.

@mods, feel free to delete, I told fab boy to at this to his Xbox deal the other day, he liked the comment but didn't bother. Considering Spidey's only in this version and it's being taken down in a couple weeks anyway, I feel it's definitely worth mentioning on his deal.

      Apparently Spiderman isn't available in this game unless you get the PS4/PS5 version.

    Are there servers? I would have thought since the live service was shut down that they just turned it into more single player game.

      Yea if servers are shutdown, story mode is about 10 hours.

    Last time I played everything was unlocked like character skins. So I assume don’t need to spend anything after buying the game

    Don't think you ever really did, but all the costumes and whatnot are included. Maybe it stiffs you later on with the upgrades and whatnot but I always just held R2 to equip whatever the best I had was, beat the game quite happily without ever looking at any of the skill / upgrade trees, didn't care enough to look into it for this one … that was a couple of years ago, since then they've added (re: unlocked) a shitload of costumes and items and stuff, can only be easier now than ever.

      Held off for ages because the reviews mentioned it was like a microtransaction fest but now that it does seem like a lot of the cool costumes and stuff is available to you without paying so that's a good thing. I might take a punt on this for $7

        I think it definitely used to be…but yeah, nah, there's (profanity) tonnes of them all in there man. When I played it on Steam a few months ago there was hundreds and whatnot there, there was still some to unlock, but from memory it was more actually unlocking rather than buying. I'm such a basic bitch bc where I could I just picked the movie costumes anyways lol.

  How significant is the spiderman portion of the game, like how long (hours) do you play as him? Can you play as sp anytime you want in the story?
