shopback refused my liquorland cashback and didnt do anything about it just closed the case and basically said it just happens sometimes

Yeah, my first time not getting a cashback happened on Aug 4 for BWS. I questioned what was going on and submitted copies of transaction and just got that it is being validated by BWS. Still pending, confirmation 04 Jan 2024. Hmmm…
BWS have long pending times on Shopback…they are the ones that set the terms
i did 3 seperate orders on BWS and 1 of them didn’t track, i dont know why !!!! if you can track 2, why not 3rd one ???

I dont like how Shopback relay the cashback rates. Top of page, Big banner says "up to 20% cashback" but scroll down a little and there's a table on the left "Cashback Rates" specifies Beer & Cider currently (11:50acst) at 0.75%. Scroll down a bit more and another banner for "Shop Beer" that says "up to 20%".
So if i click through to shop for beer, would i get 20% or 0.75% ?

for a $100 purchase, I got $18.18 Bonus and $6.82 (Westpac bonus). If calculating without including GST, Westpac bonus should be 13.5? Although it does say that "your progress may take up to 1 day to be reflected". so should update soon hopefully 8.32pm
Update 19/09: I reached out to Customer Service about the missing Westpac cashback since it would be unlikely that tracking would still be incorrect after 48 hours, and after they confirmed I did everything right on their end, gave me the correct bonus in an additional cashback stated as "Online - Bonus"
Can you do multiple orders and get the cash back twice for westpac? Can't see if the caps are per order or per account for the promo.
Want to know the same as want to do 2 orders and can only use my card on one account.

Yeah i just got an email and it tracked for 10% of my order, not the 20% it should have.

Expected $27.07 (capped at $20) SB and $20.304 (capped at $20) WBCemail says it tracked at $3.82 SB and $6.68 WBC
ShopBack website says it tracked at $20 SB and $6.86 WBCI did 2 orders and got similar for 1 but the other tracked perfectly.
