For each submission, you should submit only 1 receipt. This may be in the form of a single image (for physical receipts) or a single PDF document (for e-receipts).

My question also. They also accept Shop Back Pay in-store, but it gets messy for prescriptions if I recall.

Did a click and collect but when I click on "View Invoice" it constantly returns an error.

I checked the invoices in my account. I get this error message when my order is processing or is ready for collection. I can view the invoices for all orders that have been completed (or collected).
I rang Chemist Warehouse Head Office 1300 367 283 but they are not aware of any issues. It appears that the invoice is only generated when the order is completed/collected (since the update on the Chemist Warehouse website).

I got mine delivered, converted my invoice into a pdf, tried to upload and it says "The document you provided is not an original receipt or invoice that we recognise"
I haven't done the receipts before. ShopBack seems to have updated the receipts section based on comments here. Will ask the rep GYB.
@gotyourback Can you please advise? Thanks for the Chemist Warehouse offer this morning although it was only for 2.5 hours. Hope it will be longer next time. Some people missed out 😊

I got similar issue. Uploaded screenshot it errors as the receipt not original.
Try uploading as pdf but the shopback app is not recognizing pdf file, only seeing jpg.

Yeah, the app doesn’t pick up PDFs at the moment. Easiest fix, just screenshot your PDF receipt and upload that instead. It’ll save as a JPG and go through fine 👍

First response they tell me to upload a screenshot and they'll validate it on their end.

Second response from a different person tells me "It looks like a screenshot was uploaded, and unfortunately screenshots aren’t accepted for Cashback.
If you have an e-receipt, please upload the original PDF from your retailer’s app, web portal, or email. For physical receipts, please use a photo of the actual receipt."

@gotyourback Can I please check on the terms for scanning the receipts with reference to gift card purchases or use, prescriptions and pharmacy medicines? They are not specified. Do the terms in the Chemist Warehouse online shopping apply? Thanks.
Should be fine! The FAQ for the Chemist Warehouse Scan and Snap a Receipt Cashback doesn’t specifically list eligible or ineligible items, and the online shopping terms don’t apply for this in-store promo. So you’re good to go as long as you’re scanning your in-store receipt through the app 👍

@trixieb: Yep, it does! The scan-a-receipt offer also covers Chemist Warehouse online order invoices just make sure it’s the original invoice (not a screenshot) and uploaded in JPG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF format. You’re good to go 👍
@trixieb: Hmm so the minimum CW gift card online is $150 but they also have an ultra beauty gift card that has a $100 option. I'm guessing the only difference between these cards is the design and they function in the same way? The website doesn't say much.
I got an app message to check how much i got back from the receipt but in the app it still says they are checking and it's showing 5c cashback and no bonus.
Never used this receipt scanner before, is it always this chaotic?
Yeah, the bonus usually comes through a bit later — the 5c you’re seeing is just the base Cashback. If it doesn’t show up after about 48–72 hours, just shoot me a DM or drop our support team an email at help@shopback.com.au and we’ll sort it out for ya 👍
