Rebel Galaxy and Outlaw for under $2 is nice!

I could not get into Outlaw but Galaxy is an awesome game.

      • I maybe showing my age here but they remind me of Wing Commander judging by the trailers.

Galaxy is more a space trading, bounty hunting type game with a decent story. The combat is based on broadsides so it feels more like a naval battle than what you might expect a space game to be, but the slower pace is a lot more approachable because you don't need to be a dog fighting master to enjoy it.

Outlaw is you in a small ship doing more traditional space combat. I found it very hard to play, though I did finish the first mission, but only barely survived. There is a completely separate tutorial mode that I didn't even notice at first, so I guess it's something where you either need to be a veteran of these kinds of games or be prepared to spend a few hours learning how to fly the ship properly.

@CascadeHush: Then more like Elite and Space Rogue I guess or Epic on the amiga?

Everything you've listed is $1.75+ lol.

They did have a $1.65 title but it disappeared while I was listing and I forgot to update the heading. Thanks for reminding me… fixed!

Well I hope OP has their stock ticker going so they can monitor the currency fluctuations and continually update the prices accordingly.

Could be some opportunity for arbitrage!

The Warhammer 40k Space Wolf game is being de-listed on all platforms next month.

Might be worth grabbing for a buck and change for the sake of game preservation.

    • Is the game any good/fun?

      • No idea, sorry. I just picked it up along with some stuff in their bundlefest this morning myself.
