    Not very keen to be mean about the store but don't buy on aliexpress … my order never turned up, seller was unhelpful as "they aren't in Australia".

    Took over a month to get my money back, I've owned my 3d printer for over 2 months and still don't have filament 🤣…

      Is buying filament from Aliexpress really any cheaper than eBay or Amazon?
      Personally I wouldn't buy filament from Aliexpress as from what I have seen there's minimal price difference and it takes 2+ weeks + atleast if you get it from Amazon or eBay you're pretty much guaranteed to have last-mile delivery tracking and not be left wondering 'When will I receive it' which I'm sure in your case you're very keen to start printing.

      @Slippery Fish When I got mine last week I went to Jaycar and got a roll as waited for rolls to arrive. Not cheap but at least got me going. Not sure where you at but few places have filament.

    Hi everyone, can anyone please advise how long it took for shipment confirmation to be sent after placing the order? I ordered on the 18th of september and haven't received any order status emails after the initial confirmation that it was placed. I have just followed up with them via email so hopefully will hear back soon but any information you guys may have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

      Ordered on 15th. Shipped 18th, got an email. Took a week here. (WA). Haven’t opened them yet as new to 3d printing and using rainbow atm to trial and error.
