No sure if this is a good deal, might be good for camping.

Comprises: Cook's knife 14 cm (tot. length 27 cm) and paring knife 7 cm (tot. length 17 cm).

Wash this product before using it for the first time.

If these are about as "good" as the rubbish from ALDI, then this indeed is a bargain. ALDI charge a lot more than $3 for useless pieces of metal with plastic grip at one end.

The IKEA user manual seems to be written for people who can't tell the difference between a cook's knife and a garden fork. I'd be very, very surprised if these turned out to be good knives.

Then again at $3, you can afford to toss these in the bin when you get sick of sharpening them once a week as suggested by the user manual.
