Usually $198.95 when purchased as a set.

the accessories are actually a 'free bonus' so I think you mean when purchased 'separately'…

…regardless, the price quoted is rubbish and misleading…

First (deal) post… and that happens to be misleading… not a good start!

  • This scope will be disappointing for most kids. A pair of binoculars will likely be better received and more useful for astronomy.
They have more capable scopes, but all more expensive than Andrews: http://www.andrewscom.com.au/site-section-10.htm

  • Reviews on the net suggest that this telescope is pretty good for the price (roughly $50 is what those reviews got this for), though with quality control issues.

  • it would be great if you would give the free shipping.. I want to buy for my kid.

    • Be wary, we bought a $100 telescope (National Geographic brand) for my daughter and it is a big let-down, the only thing you can really see with it is the moon, somehow it seems to make things further away…

      • Try looking in the other end.

        • Thank all for comment. Can you advise me the budget telescope for a kid?
