ouuu… i saw this same deal last week but they were out of stock, waited for them to come back in stock and tried the code 5 days ago but it didnt work so i just bought them.. shame i didn't wait longer
You can get brand new ones for $100 more from a different deal, if you dont want to take any risks.

Got mine earlier this year, like new.
Got mine earlier this year, had all the accessories but was not like new, some wear and tear on the exterior I didn't see anything "refurbed" on them, more that they made sure it had all its paperwork and accessories.
Better than one of the ones sold new that was missing parts in the package!

I bought a pair of these over a year ago, looked and worked perfect but I then notice after extensive use after a full charge the battery would go to 90% then 80 and 70 and then suddenly 10% with charge your set message so I was only getting 5 hours playtime.
Sent back and got a refund as they said they ran out of units and then grabbed another set on a month later which "all aspects of the unit work flawless" :)

Terrible mic. So you use another mic, and in windows 11 you then must disable hands free telephony in an obscure area. Every second time you plug it in. If you don't, the headphones are muted. It's beyond frustrating. Junk for windows 11 Teams use.
Ah, I don't use Windows daily luckily, just for gaming. Not sure if it that is exclusive to these though, in my experience windows just sucks with Bluetooth
@robeh: It's just these. Not with Bose. But if you don't use windows, you may never have an issue. Good headphones otherwise.
@a22andrew: Interesting, I plan to use these with teams meetings, I'll see how I go. The QC45s work very well.

Bought this for the same price back in July. Exterior label stated it was a "seconds". Headphones looked and felt brand new. Packaging had some minor cosmetic damage but the cans performed perfectly. A month on and it still performs perfectly.
