What Is Commbank NEO Exchange Rate?

I am planning travel overseas and use a credit card instead of debit card such as Citibank.

Anyone know what Commbank Neo use for exchange rate? As I know ING is using Visa exchange rate.

Anyone use Commbank Neo before? Please advise.

I am open minded if you have more ideas about credit cards without international fees.

Just get a 28Degrees card, no annual fee and no foreign exchange fee

28 degrees or consider Bankwest equivalent. I suggest both because it's common for credit card to be compromised when overseas.

Why a credit card? I use my Up debit card when overseas and push minimal amounts of money over to it from main bank when needed , as I get real-time payment notifications and good control over when the card is active or not in the Up app.
