170

The striking design of this water bottle makes it easy to carry but also provides a unique place to keep the lid, either whilst drinking or when stored in a cupboard. Made from double-walled, vacuum-insulated 18/8 stainless steel with a heat-reflecting copper layer, it keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours and remains condensation-free in your bag. The leakproof lid has the screw thread on the inside, making it a pleasure to drink from, and the bottle itself has a tough, powder-coated finish. Stay hydrated in style and help reduce the need for single-use plastic bottles. BPA-free. Capacity: 500 ml (17 fl. oz).

What's with all these expensive $50/60/70 water bottles that all the kids are talking about like it's a fashion statement?

    • +4

      This is $30

      • +7

        Duh. Normal RRP of $50.

Anyways, functionality wise what makes them fifty bucks worth, rather than 10 bucks landfill.

        • +4

Ah yes, OzBargain, where RRP is what we pay

        • A $10 buck one is guaranteed to be bad at insulation. A $50 can still be trash, but not if you get something good (like the zojirushi’s)

If it gets people to drink more water (and/or reduce plastic bottled water purchases) we should be all for it!

Striking design? Looks like a water bottle to me.

    • I think the striking part is the lid

I don’t quite understand the lid part tbh

        • Well, at the nudist resort it would be fashioned to hang off whilst your playing badminton/volleyball so you could take a quick drink when feeling thirsty between a rally.

        • The lid screws off like a normal stopper, but with this design you have the option of hanging the lid on the neck of the bottle while you're drinking from it. That's all.

It can match my striking Joseph Joseph toilet brush.

Goes to show that when enough brands charge $50 and more for a water bottle, people starts to think that's the norm and $30 becomes a bargain.

Did big water get to you to?

I bet it's made in CCPland too. If you're going to buy a CCP-made water bottle, $10 max is what you should pay.

  • Got one cheers!
