So you're selling 500 grams of chicken for $65 + delivery?

    • Yes. It's not just a snack. It can strengthen the bond between you and your pet.

      • Oh in that case….

    • It's dried though so don't compare this to the price at the supermarket

Have you tasted supermarket chicken? It's much drier than this treat!

I have done one order wit you lot, and so far not a fan.

Took 7 days from order being received/processed to shipping.

For some absolutely moronic reason, your tracking will only work via the use of a 3rd party phone app. Seriously, which idiot thought that was an acceptable idea? I want to track my shipment, I don't want a QR code I need to scan to take me to an app I need to download, and possibly sign up to, just to get basic tracing information everyone else provides without this needless hassle.

As soon as I saw that it was forcing me to use a 3rd party app, I thought, "Nope, never ordering from here again. Lesson lernt"

Oh, and you can't even get to the stupid tracking form your account or order information, you can only seem to do it from the email that get's sent out, never seen that hassle either.

    • $10 Delivery

So either way not free, and you still are making a profit sending these as letter rate instead of parcel?

    • and you still are making a profit sending these as letter rate instead of parcel?

Yeah … 50g ought to fit into a letter, especially if they are on the flat side of things.

  • The delivery kills the deal

I'd have thought the price did. Way overpriced for dehydrated battery farm meat.

      • Well, I meant to get the 1 free one if the delivery was cheap, but it's not. My cat is too picky to buy in bulk without trying it.

But yeah, it doesn't "look tasty" as other cat snacks.

  • This seller is rubbish. Hasn't posted item in over a month. Provided 'shipping' update only to show for two weeks that the shipping information has been provided to aus post, not the parcel itself.

Customer service does not respond to multiple emails. Avoid in future.
