To receive Westpac bonus Cashback, you must add an eligible Westpac debit or credit card to your ShopBack account, make an eligible purchase on the same Westpac debit or credit card and comply with the offer criteria.

Purchases made using digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay will be eligible for Westpac bonus Cashback as long as an eligible card is used as the linked payment method at the merchant’s checkout.

Purchases made using online payment methods such as PayPal, where ShopBack is not able to identify whether an eligible card was used at the merchant checkout, will not qualify for Westpac bonus Cashback (even where an eligible card is linked e.g. to the PayPal account).

    Now with the SP bonus, 15% is not even worth it as they revert the price back to $24.99 online.
    I see 4 ppl have purchased this product today via their app…. I hope they didn't buy it for the 15% discount………..

      Shopback is an online platform. If you don’t checkout via SB, how do you expect them to track your spend? Unless it’s specifically “In-Store” deals for participating stores.

      If it is the same as Cash Rewards, as long as you link your Westpac card to Shop Back, your in store purchase (and paid with the same linked Westpac card) is eligible for cash back, CMIIW.

      Will go to Chemist Warehouse this afternoon to get something from there - and see whether I can get the cash back from this shopping.

          Hey mate, yeah nah presently this isn't set up to offer Cashback in store and is offered only to Online purchases. You're able to purchase online for collection in store, however! @Lomax

            @gotyourback: Thanks, might be worth calling this out explicitly in the app/deal. As mentioned by others, Cashrewards support in store purchases for registered cards and its not clear that Shopback is online only.

                Nothing in there suggests online only. A simple "Cashback is only available via App or Online purchases and not in store" would cover it.
