@Cecil89 - I couldn’t find it either when I used the app. Went on to my laptop and the apply coupon option appealed.
Also, I did 2 transactions and the cashback tracked for both within 30 mins.
I found it.
You have to go through to where you put in your payment details. But then click on the button to view cart in the top corner. It will display the price breakdown with a place to add a discount code.
This thing tripped me over. Using the shopback app, there wasn't a place to put in the coupon code (you've got to click back on the top to view the item to be able input the coupon code), so I checked out forgetting to add the coupon code. Doh! I put in another order in and sent them a message to cancel.
If they don't allow me to cancel, good thing I clicked on click and collect as their policy states that if you don't collect with 7 days they will refund your order, so I might just have to rely on that.
Was eyeing off the Aqara stuff during the day and it went on sale just before this went live. Bonus.

Not sure if it makes you feel better…. I bought Shark Flexstyle for my wife (~$320 after cashback). Review says it works the same way as Dyson but with much lower price tag. It also doubles as a hair dryer, so I plan to bring this along when travelling (instead of hairdryer + airwrap)

The special on Dyson airwrap was always meant to end at midnight on the 28/9. Same across all retailers like JB, GG, Iconic etc. Must have been a Dyson promo. There was actually a countdown on the BL website that said how many hours to go until special ends. GG website had note stating until 28/9 only.
It was only 11:45pm when I was putting my card details in 🥲

F me, I came across this 15 minutes after midnight so can't get the Westpac bonus. Consoled myself by paying Amex rather than my Westpac card so at least I'll get the extended warranty when my purchase carcs it after a year. But will see myself to the OzB sin bin.
