You go through TCB US, you get 20% cashback through TCB US, you withdraw your earnings from TCB US.
if I withdraw does it go to my Au account I have on TCB in Au ?
At no stage is TCB AU involved
There are a number of options to cash out of TCB US, but they are not useful as they are US-centric (eg gift cards for US retailer, into a US Amex etc). The easiest way for us aussies would be link a PayPal account, keeping in mind that the funds will be deposited in USD

I just had $45.20 track on a 250usd phone. No coupon used.
Will mention that I've had the cashback on two separate 7800x3d cancel with top cashback US 4 months after the purchase date. So whether I see a payout is for 2026 me to find out.
Did you get an answer on why?
The vendor decides whether they want to cancel the cashback. You can lodge a dispute (which I did) but then topcashback has to wait on a response from aliexpress which can take months. I'm still waiting to hear back- my guess is it's because I used a coupon then.
I didn't for this phone I just purchased so maybe it'll stick this time.
