        For anyone considering using the $5 voucher or other vouchers, your orders may track but there is a risk Bonds could reject later. They haven't been approved on TCB/Bonds page. All the best.

    Yikes, I just saw my previous orders from Bonds, everything I bought in 2020 - 2021 was 50% cheaper than the sale prices of the same items now. Socks, singlets, trunks…. wowza. 10% per year inflation every year for the last 5 years.

    Bonds are shocking quality after they moved their manufacturing / changed ownership. Bonds were my go to brand 20 years ago, but last few purchases were absolutely crap. Their socks lose the lettering after a few wears. Their shirts lose form after 1 wash.

    Anyone else have frequent issues with TCB not redirecting to the website using Chrome? Sometimes it works with other browsers fine but i can't be bothered figuring out my password to use another browser, so i use shopback instead.

      Sorry to hear. Both cashback (when tracked) and cashback claims can take several months to be paid.

      Your early August Boost claim wouldn't be paid yet. It could be paid in Nov or Dec.

      You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

      TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You won't see it in the "Earnings" page initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

      @h4lcyon Your order may track but there is a risk Bonds could reject later. If it is rejected, you won't be able to make a claim as the voucher hasn't been approved on TCB/Bonds page as per the T&Cs. I also have the $5 voucher but did not use with cashback.

    Sorry to hear. If still untracked, please lodge a missing cashback claim.

    When you submit a claim now (before 7 days), it will be put ‘On Ice’. The claim will be automatically taken 'Off Ice' after 7 days and submitted. You can submit the claim now. It doesn't make any difference.

    If you're not familiar, here are the steps and what to expect:

    • Submit missing cashback claim here.

    • TopCashback does not add the tracking manually. You won't see it in the "Earnings" page initially. After the claim is paid, then you will see the transaction in your account.

    • You will get an automated email when you lodge the claim that states to wait several months. It would probably be a similar time frame if your order had tracked. Estimated payable is about 16 weeks for tracked orders.

    • There is usually no response or communication while waiting for the claim to be approved. TopCashback will contact you if they need more info.

    • You can check on the progress of your claim or add further info here.

    • Any enquiries, please contact TopCashback support in this link.

    Paid $35 for 4 over priced singlets lol. Still waiting for $15 Topcashback to log, will wait 2 weeks and if still no cashback, I will send back the unopened bag lol.
