    Surely targeted to lapsed customers, hard to believe anyone would use ING and not use the app

      Boomers read the old barefoot investor book and open ING accounts yet have no appetite for a branchless bank and somehow rarely log online, yet alone use an app

        Boomers? They all bought cheap houses in the 70s and 80s and are loaded. They are too busy playing golf and cruising around the riviera and don’t need basic financial advice

        • Probably deserve to spend a little after working solid 40+ hour weeks for 50 years with no sick leave, mental health leave, parental leave, leave loading, super guarantee, or family benefits. 🤷‍♂️

      I don't use the app, I hate using banking apps or banking on my phone at all, I just use browser on my PC, way more convenient.

    • I was targeted and I've been a frequent ING user for the last 6 years. I always use my laptop to access ING and never used the app before.

    All effort on new customers not people that have been using it for years, one of the reason I am moving away from ING

      Existing customers get pretty good benefits…. better than most other banks. You're upset that you're not receiving free money? Do you feel like they should give free money to you?

        Good benefits? Pfft, they make you jump through hoops and have removed features. HSBC is where it's at.

    • I was targeted and I'm not a new customer, have been with ING for 6 years. However I always used my laptop for ING banking and not the app.

    targeted? receive email notice about goodness of download ING app. but not offer anything in the mail

    ING app is not stable. bunch of fail transaction to other banks and the fail amount is on pending for days. ing customer services are not helpful at all.

    • Log onto web banking, reverse the transaction and resubmit (from web).

      Customer service told me to do this when transfers which should have gone through as OSKO went as regular transactions instead.

  • I am ING customer for so many years. I dont have ING APP but dont receive any email about this offer.
