        it was the stuffed crust add on popup that messed up my order. so i added the pizza with stuffed crust, managed to get past the popup, then removed the stuffed crust from the cart page

    I just spent $12 and my cash rewards is showing $12 cashback. I thought it was capped at $10.

      Don t check your My Rewards until the tracking email arrives as the cap would not have kicked in yet. Once you receive the email, you’ll find your cashback will have adjusted down to $10. Thanks.

    Echoing the 'app pop-up screen is really annoying' comments. Was able to bypass it by hitting the refresh button at the bottom of the CR app (and my order tracked)

    Everytime I add a pizza the damn popup comes up, I click it and it brings me to an empty cart page, can't seem to get past it, just keeps looping

    Edit : it's the stuffed crust pop up that messes with my order so have to add a pizza with stuffed crust, then remove it at the cart page

        I did, but as soon as it refreshed the stuffed crust add on pops up, then disappears and brings me to an empty cart page. Was ok on wings and drinks

        Yes, put $10 in as expected cashback, it said 9.75 would be added if approved, 35 cents tracked, so $10.10.
        Maybe I should of put % as expected, don't care as long as they match it.

    Hi @tightarse just want to confirm once this 100% cashback promo finishes and reverts back to 30% uncapped is that in addition to the 100% promo? Eg can I get 2 for 1 on Tuesday with $10 cashback and then later on a separate order Hershey's giant cookie for another 30% cashback from that? And if so when will the 30% promo expire?

      Hi. Once the 100% promo ends in a few minutes, you can proceed to make as many orders as you wish at 30% (with separate clicks/taps) as there are no cap restrictions with the 30% cashback, which ends at 11:59pm AEDT. Hope this helps :)

    I know promotion is over, only now realised it's Sydney time and I don't have 50min left like I thought I would (QLD), bugger..

    Anyway, just wondering - with afterpay selected as default, will using afterpay instead of paypal make the order invalid? It's not 100% clear "Cashback is ineligible on the following: Purchases paid with cash. Use of Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers & codes." as Afterpay is no promotional offer or code..?

      Havn't used Afterpay myself with this but I always use Zip to pay, they are saying No Zip Promotions as they have a range of promotions, just paying with Zip is fine.
      As afterpay is a payment option I see no reason it would be a problem.

    Hi does anyone know if I want to call Pizza Hut to modify my pizza ( such as remove beef) after placing the order through cashreward. Is it going to affect the Cashback?

      I've done that in person and it was fine, never rang and had it done, as long as they just take notes or edit order instead of cancel order/redo order, it would be fine.
