I got this today. The $20 credit expires in one month. It can't just be used on any order, has to be a $100 or higher order.
Can't see any info about credit on both website (and on ios), im clearly looking at the wrong thing or has it expired?

So, did you need to have signed up to Kogan first by the 1/10/23 to be eligible for the $20?
My wife signed up after this date and its been over a week with no sign of the $20 credit.
Only my account recieved the $20 credit, noting that I signed up to First on 1/10/23.
Check in with customer services team I'd suggest
I did, utterly useless. Basically quoted the promotion without any extra information whether or not only applies to accounts that joined FIRST on 1/10/23 and not after this date.
It must have only been on 1/10/2023, I didn't receive any credit either.
