  does anyone have this monitor and can check what the supported variable refresh rate range is?
  I'm having trouble confirming what range the g-sync/freesync works with
  AMD Adrenalin software will report it, or you can check using Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)

    found it, everyone should be aware that the freesync range (and probably g-sync too) is as follows:
    48-144 via DisplayPort 48-144 via HDMI
    if you don't use a graphics card that can maintain a 48fps+ output then you can expect to see tearing etc as freesync wont be working.

      Nevermind, it took about 4 hours. What a great buy, I've had my eye on this after seeing monitors unboxed glowing review. The extra shopback cash was enough to get me to pull the trigger, thanks for the heads up!
