This is robbery. A friend owns factory - this is injection molded EVA foam- costs 55 US cents a pair. (25 cents to make and 30 cents for finishing)

Just trying to say a two dollar item is on special for $47, doesnt seem like a bargain. I am not saying dont buy. Buy them if you want to, I am sure some rich dude with a stake in crocs brand will be happy as he needs help buying another million dollar dining table in his mansion.

And the retail cost of anything isn't the same as the materials. Off top of my head, need to add in wages, insurance, pension, premises, energy, tax, shipping, packaging, advertising, middle-men, R&D, IP, online socials, website, legal, H&S and probably dozens of other overheards.
