    How can I install apps with Google play store?
    I have installed Google Play store but I cannot sign in at all.
    The error says "There was a problem communicating with Google servers."

      Go to Settings > App management > 3 dots top right > Google Basic Services > turn it on.

    I've been searching everywhere for a compatible pen for this device.

    The Precision Pen 3 seems like the go based on some videos I've seen since it seems to address the issue of "wavy" diagonals you'd be liable to get with the PP2, but the ecosystem for these things is absolutely insane, with some PP3s being incompatible.

    Anyone found a link to a reputable seller that's actually offering the right pens for these tablets?

    Alternatively, are there any budget solutions I could look into until the PP3 becomes more widely available?

    @Clear I know this is not a problem solving forum BUT - just unboxed mine several updates later we're at 15.0.259ST - google basic services is on (and tried it off) Google play wont load .. in chinese it say something like the signature conflicts with pre installed….after downloading the good method is handed over to the …please refer to the test area to use the internal line ….
    And the it wont load from the app store - just keep cycling back to that message (all greyed out) anywhere else to get it?

    Unfortunately, I received a dud tablet. It cannot find any Wifi networks during initial setup. I cannot even turn on the Wifi in the settings when I skip the entire setup process.
    Tried a complete factory reset and still the same result. Tablet is next to useless without working wifi…

    Opened a dispute on Aliexpress and they will only reimburse $14USD for shipping but cheapest option from Auspost to return to China is a whopping $47AUD.

      I'm fairly certain you can try and force wifi to turn on via ADB. It will take a bit of Googling for the setup.

        Nah no dice. Need root access to be able to enable/disable wifi via ADB.

        I viewed the logcat and I reckon the Wifi on the device is physically dead.

        Rebooted into Android recovery mode and performed another factory reset/wipe. Still same result :(

    Have received my tablet. Pretty impressed so far, only problem is wifi will only select 2.4ghz from my router at the moment, will try different channels soon to see if that can solve it

        Yes! In my router settings the 5ghz channel was set to auto, it was at 112 at the time, changed it to 32 or 149 and both worked, seems like it was the dfs channels it didn't like.

    really starting to regret this purchase, 10 hrs on the device, cannot install google play - reset, reboot - followed the info on xda ( BTW got new optus home HFC 2 days ago - come s with MacAfee wank wank - guess what -cant access xda - lists as a malicious site on MacAfee -so immediately remove MacAfee from the account ) anywho now the TB138FC wont even let me access the mirror site courtesy of Cloudflare error - how did that all of sudden start happening?
    Some chats advise that you cant install google play - anyway will solve 403 error tomorrow and keep the fun rolling - probably easier to learn Chinese

        No luck - haven’t had anymore time the XDA developers has some info but I can’t find anything about the snapdragon - will get back onto it but atm china won’t even allow a side load and google won’t allow a log in on the china browser -

          Google play was pretty easy on mine. I had some troubles activating google service o through settings i think because i set it up as a child's device through family link but got it all to work.

    Just my tablet today however couldn't turn it on. Plugged it to charge for at least two hours and still couldn't turn it on. When plugged in to try charging nothing shows on the screen.

    Anyone have similar issues and worked it through or did I get a dud?

    Received mine, works well with minimal chinese text. Got a precision pen 2 as well but doesn't seem to pair. This pen was recommended in the listing but doesn't seem to be compatible? Any tips or I just wasted my money
