  Overall I am happy with this product which I bought at 399 on LY BF deal.

  Pros:
  The setup of the accompanying app is straightforward and user-friendly.

  It can navigate onto rugs without much trouble.

  The suction power is commendable.

  It offers support for multiple languages with adjustable volume and language settings in the "voice report" menu.

  Cons:
  The mopping function doesn't provide a deep cleaning but is still an improvement over doing it manually (which I admittedly don't do…lol).

  It struggles to detect rugs as obstacles in mop mode, necessitating the setup of mop-free areas.

  The obstacle sensor is somewhat lacking in sensitivity; it relies on physical contact rather than employing a pre-detection laser sensor.

    More update: as to one of my cons comments..shit sensor this robot vaccum is unable to escape from a simple cul de sec type path…
    It went it under my dinning chair and it could not escape … I am now very much disappointed at its sensor and pathway algorithms of how this product is set up.

  Is there a tangle free brush for N8? My old deebot would keep tangling on long hair all the time.

    My understanding is N8 Pro has higher suction power (2600) and a camera to aid obstacle avoidance and for carpet detection

  I believe all these low priced models are exactly the same, this version, the lubluelu and the midea (amongst others Kogan etc) are all fundamentally the same besides either the battery life or other minor change but they all advertise the same, same features and same OS from what I can read. Small suction changes across all the models.

      That's what I got to dip my toes. Excellent so far. Studying these and only minor differences from what I can see and you can't really compare with out youtube videos
