Come and celebrate OzBargain's 17th birthday!

Thought I'd get the ball rolling with a vegetarian event going in Canley Vale! Keen to meet fellow OzBargainers and share some goods deals. This one has plenty of parking nearby and even a train station which is right across the street.

Will be capped to 15 people unless I can book out the entire place for a private function so that's an ongoing conversation and will keep you posted.

      definitely worth giving it a shot! I recommend trying out the crispy chicken with tomato rice and their signature noodle dish :)

    just an update. they dont do bookings on weekends so was thinking we just rock up. also checking in with scotty if i can bring more peeps along so keep an eye out here

    Hey all - thanks for your patience! I’ve called the place and they don’t take bookings and to book a function we need 70 people. Probably too late to make it a bigger event but I have spoken to Scotty and he is okay for me to increase the cap on attendees to 25. I’ll also bring the time forward a bit and I’ll come even earlier to grab some seats. Hope everyone that was on the wait list can come to the event! :)

    I organised a vegan one last year. Great to see someone else is thinking of those with dietary requirements too! I won't be attending this year though as I've relocated to London.

    Hey all! Hope you're excited for the event as much as I am. Just a quick update to check in if you are still attending or not? If not, then please make sure you untick that youre going so someone else may be able to attend.

    Also some bad news, there will be no shirts available for this event due to a limited print. Apologies in advance for those that were expecting to receive a shirt. I'm guessing there might be some at the Sydney event that I'm organising but ultimately its up to Scotty's disgression and he has prioritised stock for the other states and territories. sorry!

      Also, there are rains & thunderstorms forecast for tomorrow afternoon (Saturday 4/11).

      So, just be aware of this, if anyone catching public transport.

      Also trackwork along the T2 line so for those coming from the east, might need to change trains or catch a trackwork bus

      Props to the Organizer and the 'accidental' 2IC ,
      making us all feel welcome, comfortable & well fed.

      It was great project management,
      according to specifications,
      delivered on time,
      and under budget! ^_^

    Thanks everyone that came to the event. Really great to see some new faces as well as the regulars. Massive shout out to @Joanneso for staying up while I run late to the event as usual. I had heaps of fun and hope that you guys do as well!! Here’s a pic from last night and hope y’all have a great weekend!
