    Yes, $7.90 for most smaller lego set in my case (it’s same fee for 1 or 2 set I got). Still worth it, as the $10 code already made it up. My $152 lego ordered tracked around $25 + $5 bonus

    MyDeal is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Shocking customer service. Wouldn't shop there even if 50% CB.

        Yes that will be the majority for most companies. However, when things go wrong, don't expect any support from MyDeal's customer service. Stark contrast to Amazon etc who are quick to investigate and refund to ensure customer satisfaction.

        Isn't everything on MyDeal sold by a third party? In the end, it shouldn't matter. You buy something off MyDeal, MyDeal should be the one to protect the customer.

      I had taken issue late last year when one of their sellers were listing the RRP of the PS5 at something like $1500, but selling for $899.

      They couldn't palm me off quick enough to the actual seller which was like talking to a brick wall.

    Ordered 2 x bottle of basically full price Jurlique from Mydeal, product arrived shorted dated with 3 months on them, seller only offered 50% discount, or I had to return it to Hong Kong. When through customer service and after like 7 emails eventually got a refund, sent it to melb for return and after 4 more emails Mydeal paid for return postage. Overall they are pretty useless and they have scammy sellers. Stick to Amazon.

      Personally, I'd only use them from reputable seller like BigW (I used to buy via their ebay store but they pulled back and switched to MyDeal, presumably due to cheaper commisions - or they probably own MyDeal too, as it seems to be from their group). We made 2 order, 1 already delivered, the other on the way. Our problem is more with cashrewards not tracking for 1 of the order, rather than with MyDeal

    Anyone else got their transaction not tracked by Cashrewards from this deal? Mine failed to track, eventhough my browser extension indicated it was activated/tracked. I know it happened with any cashback website (had a few missing with Shopback or Topcashback as well), but it's annoying when the cashback was big like this (and I have no confident with missing cashback report, the last time I did it, they said the merchant declined, couldn't do anything).
