Yuzu fan too, but many of the reviews say the citrus hit is quite mild so I didn't get it this time.

Some stores near me don't have a liquorland attached so it doesn't give me alcohol as a choice. By choosing a different store gives me the alcoholic products.

I ordered for Monday delivery as the LL next to my Coles showed nothing of interest for pickup and is quite small. I assume deliveries might come from a distribution hub.

While some members of our community have received great joy from this deal others have after initial excitement suffered great tragedy.
I got my order cancelled as well. Only got notified 15 minutes before. This is why I don’t order via Coles online. $h1t service, shouldn’t allow order if they can’t complete order.

That is how they work. They don't go and collect your item hours before. In fact they are very generous as you can modify your order until 6 hours before pick up time. So best is always wait for the SMS and final payment email.
Another unlucky camper here. To make matters worse, the ‘Track your order’ said ready for collection and I got there all excited. After 10 min, someone said wait another 5 min. And then 10 min later, order cancelled. Boom!
Oh well, my liver thanks me. Happy Gin’ning for the lucky ones! 😅

Also I had a C&C cancelled because they thought it was a prank.. Or looked suspect as it was just booze. It was from the Roku gin deal back in april. I called them up to get that explaination and they ended up fulfilling my order upon my request… worth calling up imo

Has anyone been refunded yet for the bottles they ordered that didn't get delivered? I got 1 out of four bottles so I need to be refunded approximately $100
They don't refund you - they just charge you the reduced amount.
I got charged $16 + $2 delivery for 1 gin since 2 other bottles were unavailable. There was also a random sauv blanc in the bag so thanks Coles I guess lol.
