I got my order stolen by the driver few days ago. They did refund me with a voucher but that still risky so order with that in mind.
how much was it? i disputed an order a while ago but the customer service must be done by chatgpt because it's pretty terrible
25$ before the code. It was just a fried rice. Menulog doesnt have a way for us to contact the driver after they mark delivered. They also doesnt take picture of the place they left the food. I found Doordash is superior in that way tbh. I contact the restaurant but they couldnt do anything at all too.
Also they reply to me by contact using the email in the website. The customer service chat is absolutely useless. They will try everything to stall and waste your time.

Got mine stolen by the delivery driver a couple days ago, didnt have any issues up until that point but wont be ordering from menulog again.

50+ orders without any issue. Suddenly over the past two days have had 2/2 orders stolen at Mount Druitt. Customer service absolutely useless

Whenever I order ahead for the morning, my order always gets cancelled by the restaurant around the time I have chosen for delivery. I don’t know why, but it’s frustrating.

@sub102: All have cancelled within 15 minutes of restaurant opening time(I was ordering breakfast.) Maybe it’s the area, I don’t know.
@UndeclaredFreak: That's just unluck or those restaurants' inability to deal with preorders I guess. Try some big store like HJs/Maccas/GYG who automatically accepts orders no chance of being cancelled
@UndeclaredFreak: The restaurant has to manually accept the order, so if they have just opened they probably didn’t turn on their Menulog Tablet yet or aren’t looking at it.
