I tried doing click and collect but the discount would not apply, their chat was not helpful either. But I went in store and asked about it, and got it at this price.

Try asking their chat about why the discount was not applying online - they were able to refund the difference for me once I placed the order.

I spoke to the online chat bot and asked for a real person and they said this "If you like, you can place that order at full price, send me the order number and I can refund the difference for you. Otherwise, you can also purchase that in-store for the sale price. I have asked IT to fix this"
I then placed the order and sent through the number via chat and received this message "Great thnak you for sending this throug. We will process the refund once it has settles and send a confirmation email"
Now I wait :)
