Ultimate Gift Card Refund Did Not Work

Hi Guys, need your help and suggestions.

I used the Ultimate Gift Card bought online at Good Guys over weekend, they had to refund one of the gift card due to technical issues.

I have not received the refund back on my gift card. Good Guys is saying it is completely processed by their bank. Unfortunately there is no proper way to contact to Ultimate Gift Cards. I tried calling them on 1800 862 126 but it is just a automated voice to check balance. I also filled the contact us form, but no response since two days.

Can you please advise how I can contact Ultimate gift cards and talk to a person and how may days does it takes to get the amount refunded back to the gift card?

  • Based off what you have said, it sounds like you have an Ultimate gift card that operates on the Visa network.

    The timeframe for a refund transaction to be processed back onto your Ultimate gift card will depend on:

    • When The Good Guys submits the refund transaction, and
    • When Blackhawk Network credits the refund amount back onto your Ultimate gift card.

    In my past experience with refunds across the Visa network, most take around 2-3 business days to be processed back onto the card, but I remember one taking 5 or 6 business days to be processed.

    In terms of a way to talk to a human to discuss your concerns, good luck. Even if you end up talking to a human, there is no guarantee they can actually help. They may be able to see a pending credit from their end, but who knows.
