Flybuys & Woolworths Rewards App Cloning

Hi Guys,

I was previously using appcloner to clone flybuys and woolworths rewards app for my accounts. In recent months it seems with updates to the apps it has broken my clones. When trying to login to flybuys I get a "oops something went wrong" in the browser it opens to login to your account. With woolworths rewards app I keep getting popups to enable different options that are preium subscription only, but apart from that they work mostly. Just when trying to activate an offer or change from xmas savings to $10 off it will push the changes to the original app.
I can deal with the woolworths ones currently but the flybuys is really bugging me. I have to bring all my physical cards and login/out of all my accounts to check offers and activate things. Email alone isn't enough before you say to do it via that.

tldr; does anyone have a working way to clone several flybuys apps on your phone that still allow you to login. Or are there some other changes I can make in appcloner to get it to work?

    If you have a Samsung phone, they have an app called Secure Folder. You can "clone" apps and have a second isolated instance of it if you put apps inside the secure folder. Works well for the apps I have tried

    Can’t you add all the cards to you phones wallet or Stocard

      Correct answer. Log on to each account, add to wallet. Done. When shopping, scroll and choose the right one. Why is this so hard?

        Because I don't have my app there with all offers available to activate and check. Often I have 3x different accounts to spend different amounts of money on. 1. $30 2. $50 3. $70
        To have to remember all that while adding up total cost to make sure I have enough and everything else while shopping I can not do, hats to you if you can.
        I like to have all my accounts in flybuys apps to double check on checkout before scanning the offers are activated and I have the right spend on each account.
        Sure if you aren't that detailed about getting the offers right you can just add them to stocard and go

          Understandable, that's a lot of effort. Is it worth it in terms of the customised offers? I have 2 EDR and 1 Flybuys.

            @soan papdi: I would say yes, even if you just do 1x account per weekly shop. From there you can work your way to doing one shop across multiple reward accounts.

          Can’t you just have all different email address and passwords for each account in your password safe then open them in different browsers?

            @Stewardo: That would be a semi helpful solution that I can activate the promos for each account in different browsers but I don't believe the web login gives the flybuys barcode to scan as well.

              @knobbs: The flybuys barcode for each card can be added to the Stocard app then you label your Stocard cards individually so you can match with the relevant account. ie:
              “Flybuys card #7 xbxy@gmail”
              “Flybuys card #12 [email protected]”
              You don’t need physical cards at the shop.
              You can also do you homework the night before and take printscreens of the relevant promos.

                  @Nugs: Don’t know, I use the points for Qatar business class. I think chasing points at Coles just for a flybuys dollars is a bit of a futile exercise, would be easier to just shop somewhere cheaper.

                @Stewardo: That sounds like the best solution so far, although still more long winded than before my cloned apps worked :(
                As much as I prepare the night before, I often add bonus deals that only come out on the day to stack with others. Plus it doesn't go so smoothly or have all that time the night before with kids

    Can you set multiple users on your phone? and install an app for each user? I can do this.

      Some manufactures don't enable this, ie Oppo.

    Yes I have 2 EDR on an Android phone and also wish to clone another which at this stage have not been unable to do. The only work around was to put the 3 EDR on to my Tablet which is not convenient.

    EDR - still able to clone the woolworths app and access your EDR account via that.

    Dualspace and dual apps(Poco/Xiaomi) still work for Flybuys.

      Thanks for that, yeah it's mainly flybuys is my trouble currently. Are dual space and dual apps able to clone more than once and prove their name wrong?

          Up to 10 is not called "Dual".

    The EDR version before 6 July (or so) still allows it if you can find it. I have it on one phone and 9 EDRs stay logged via super clone.

    I think flybuys max 2 stay logged via Dual APP on a Xiaomi. Other 3rd party APP won't work.

    OP , I am in th same boat. Even purchased yearly subscription of appcloner to play around with the settings but unable to find a solution so far. Do let us know if you find an acceptable solution

    Whats EDR though?

        For Flybuys they won't let you login unless updated, it was the only reason I updated mine

    I have a different problem. I have an account that uses the mob number of someone I am not in touch with any longer. I used it for years with no problem on my phone without needing verification. However with the latest upgrade it does. I still have a lot of FB points in there. Is there any way to get Flybuys to send verification to the email address or any other way? Now it even seems to need verification every time you log in. Please help me.

      There only workaround for this is if you have all the original details/identifiers you created the account with. Call up and say your number is lost and to change it. Will need to give them all your details on the account, problem is all mine have different details lol

        Thank you for your quick answer. I do have a record of all the info. What reasons are there for people to lose their number? Also, I do not have any more numbers available. If I give them a number that is used for another account will they know and will it be a problem? Again thank you.

          Just say you tried porting to new plan and telco screwed it up now they can't access your number and given it away.

          All my flybuys accounts use my main same number. Whether they check if it's a used number I'm not sure

              @Yola: Nah no solution yet, plus also getting worse they cut the money app for ww. I don't know how to handle all my gift cards now either

                  @Yola: Wait till flybuys allows you automatically redeem in your area. Meanwhile, keep the account active by occasional scan. However, it looks like VIC will be the last state. Check flybuys website for the latest progress. Eventually, flybuys points can be redeemed like EDR$, but with a limit of $10 per day.

                  I think you can also relink a Coles financial product to it to let it happen soon.

                    @Neoika: Thank you. Brilliant suggestion. Cannot find an update on when it will come to Victoria but I hope it does. Searched under Instant $10 off. Good that you do not have to opt into this option so I would not have to access the account. If I lose patience waiting, I can always follow the knobbs option.

    I have multiple iDevices at home/on me. So each is logged into a different account. But obviously doesn't help if you want to check/activate on the go while standing at the supermarket.
