So there was a $5 bonus on 6 July
I completed it, all tracked, original payout day was somewhere in Sep.
On payout day, I found the date is delayed to 14 Oct.
It's 21 Oct now, I still haven't received it, neither cashback nor bonus.
In this post, many has reported they have received none.
I wonder if anyone has actually received cashback from Savvy Surveys?
I did 10.
1 got confirmed on the 13th of October.
Other 9 are still pending.
None of mine tracked, had to hit the enquire button on all of them and they were processed manually by a human.
Thanks to your post I actually went to check and they were meant to be fully paid out by 14th of OCT, first time I've ever hit the enquire button for a cashback record. Ive enquired on all 3 of my complete surveys and hopefully they get confirmed soon.

Hey mate, sorry I've been away for a bit so missed this. Sorry for the trouble here, I've been chasing this up since about June with Savvy Surveys as the Cashback amounts and subsequent challenges are delayed in getting approved on their end. This is down to some ongoing technical issues that they didn't anticipate that have proven to be quite difficult for them to solve. This is not off of my radar, I'm still very much chasing this at any opportunity. I wish I had more info on this for you, but at the moment they are still working on clearing a backlog of issues and should hopefully have this sorted soon. Our Customer Care team are the best folks to manage this on a case-by-case basis to ensure each account gets seen to. I've asked for the most recent updates about this one, I'll update here if I hear any new info ASAP.

I booked a bunch of hotels 2 days ago because they had a 17% cb + 10% westpac bonus. Tracked the next day.
Did you follow-up with ShopBack re: your claim or easier to post here for a survey & then escalate to the rep instead of doing it via PM?
