Different purposes-sizes.
IKEA one: 71 x 54 x 18cm, smaller than the Kmart one, but has enclosed shelves (so good for fiddly little things). The plastic lip around the edges takes up more storage though space though, so there's a bigger difference to storage capacity than what the external measurements indicate.
KMart one: 87 x 60 x 20cm, bigger that IKEA one, but shelves are not enclosed. Considerably more storage space but not suitable to smaller items. Made of wood not plastic.
These are really convenient shelves. I use a couple of them in the garage along narrow walls between the brick pillars and cars. Two of them stores all my Ryobi One kit perfectly, and the other is great for spray cans other fiddly bits that are a pain to store (lubes, cans, taller upright tubes like sealants etc). Check out the photos in the reviews for storage ideas… great shelves.

We have a stupidly deep pantry. We cut out the lowest shelf and three of these carts fit perfectly to house baking, spices condiments, etc. All of the things that used to get pushed back and buried before. Works a treat.
IKEA has a similar one in plastic cost $10 atm
