    O_o

Sams warehouse has 16.67c each and only $5 to buy into the game compared to like eighty bucks.

Personally I buy the ALL-IN-ONE, think I paid 19c last time.

    • good buy, never heard of Sams warehouse

      • Crazy Clarks should have the same product at the same price, assuming you've heard of them that is.

        • Tassie here none of those places

  • I use Finish tablets but recently had a look on the box and noticed they're 30% phosphate by weight. The chemical acts as a fertilizer in our waterways for blue-green algae. There are non phosphate based products available but they tend to be considerably more expensive. I'll probably be buying those in the future after I finish my current box.

    • if you're worried about phosphates then perhaps you might want to avoid visiting the toilet.. you too are adding phosphates into the waste water supply..

      • Indeed we do add phosphates by going to the toilet. The issue here is there's a choice between adding even more, by using Finish and other similar products, or changing to other products that contain no added phosphates.

The issue struck me as particularly odd recently when buying laundry powder. Pretty much all powders tout themselves as 'NP' with less than 0.5% phosphate content. This is used as a marketing feature. Yet many of us (myself included) were happily using a product that contained 30% phosphate and thought nothing of it.

        • maybe we need a "phosphate tax"?

        • No tax needed. Just apply the same standards to dishwashing detergents that already apply to laundry powders. The waste water goes into the same processing facility.

    • Hi Cluster is there somewhere I can read more about that?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleaning_products_and_the_envir… Doesn't seem to be mentioned apart from TSP in the see-also section. Also the phosphate and TSP articles don't seem to say much.

    • Over the Environment…phosphate it up I say

    • I'm on deep sewerage. The treated waste is discharged into the ocean, not lakes or rivers, so not really a problem.
If you live inland, or have a septic tank, it may be an issue.

  • I got 112-pack from ShipLoads for $17 the other day. Not sure if they're in other states but their prices are incredible

About the same value (before postage), without the initial outlay - 90 for $19 (shipping $7.83, ymmv)

It's weird, OP is not a rep and didn't vote for his own deal.
I thought when you submit a deal you will automatically vote your own deal???
    Is it a bug???

    • it did but I removed my own vote :)

  • I got the Classic 116 pack for $17.50 from GroceryRun when they had that free shipping promotion a few weeks ago - much better at 15c/ea.

  • Somewhere around 20c is the standard price at The Reject Shop for ages.

  • we certainly love a good deal on dishwashing tabs on Ozbargain
