Seems to cover all properties here EXCEPT the Park Hyatt in Sydney.
Some discounts are the same as the Member Rate (i.e. no savings) but there are a few I found i.e. Hyatt Regency Brisbane, Canberra, that offer slightly cheaper rates than just the Member Rate. So could be helpful to check out this price if you need to book.
AFAIK you don't have to even have the entertainment book to use this offer. Just go to the Hyatt Website and enter "entbok" as your special promo code and you should be able to access the promotional rate.
It literally asks for my Entertainment Book login at the linked page though? So not sure whether your last statement is true. Can't find out I don't have an account :(
