  Picked mine up this morning without issue, setup and working nicely :)

  The upgrade from 2nd to 3rd gen isn't anything really to write home about, but the upgrade down the line from an old Apple TV HD to a 2nd gen is amazing.

  I had a weird issue where I couldn't get the AppleTV to learn the IR remote of my cheap Hisense TV in the bedroom… was tearing my hair out before reading up on how to reset the remote (TV + Vol down) which got it all going again. Happy days.

  I noticed with AppleTv, netflix doesn't track you for account sharing, like on all the apple devices. When I use netflix on the android tv, it straight away asks me if I need to update my location?

  Thanks OP, got one and love it! Was on the fence about what's the point of this if my smart TV (LG C1) already has all the apps built in. However, over the past few days, I haven’t touched my TV remote at all. The VLC app is also great since I can copy over my files and watch them offline.

  This might actually be my favourite Apple product to date. It’s incredibly fluid and not clunky in the slightest. The remote not only feels great but also functions excellently.
