For those getting the error, try to turn off your wifi, it worked for me.
As posted before, try to use ur phone (with data, not wifi), if u get that too many request on ur laptop (and vice versa)

Has anyone received a confirmation on shipment of their order from Australia post? Also I've sent my order confirmation email to qv rewards 3 business days ago but haven't heard back regarding crediting the stamps - how long do they take to credit the stamps or respond?

Maybe bcos they’re ozbargained, heaps of orders to go through 😂. They’ll credit the stamps when orders are shipped, i think.
not really, already got my stamps credited the day after (I submitted right after purchase). they also did it before the 10%, so I got 12 (I'm existing member) for $56 spending (they count it as $60+ before the 10%). no idea when I'll get the items, same as others, but not worrying much, it'd come

Not impressed that they aren't answering emails despite the 15 days which have already elapsed. Presume they're still taking orders even though they can't fulfil existing orders?

Did you not get an order number email after you paid? If not, have you confirmed that your payment went through?
I paid by Paypal and payment went through there but didn't hit my credit card until yesterday.

My order now has 'Ready to be shipped'. It was previously 'Ready to be picked'.
Just received notification that order has been shipped. Auspost tracking number provided.
Even though the Auspost tracking number was provided, it's still sitting at 'Ready for processing' after 4 days, i.e. Ego hasn't passed on the parcel to Auspost. Looks like more waiting…
Got an email from Ego saying the order has been delayed due to large volume of orders.
I got that email on the 1st also, now another 11 days later and still not shipped. Can't possibly think they are "doing everything we can to dispatch your order".
Unimpressed at how long this is taking. The mrs needed something sooner than this, so we've doubled up while Amzn had nivea reduced.
QV / Ego are unreliable. 1st exp for us
Can't disagree, As a PR exercise it hasn't been good for quite a few I suspect. Their communications are abysmal. Makes me wonder if they're actually hoping people will cancel orders. Or perhaps their online show is a one person band.
Was also thinking they have 1 person fulfilling orders…

Ordered on the 26th and my order is still sitting at 'ready to be picked'. That's crazy slow. I feel like I should drive the 6hrs to their warehouse and pick the items myself.

I received this email two days ago as well and replied asking them to clarify the timeline as I've already waited over two weeks for my order. No reply yet.
Same. But shipping info received in Au post app and status changed to ready to be shipped in Ego website. Ordered 26th pm.

Th parcel not moving at all, stays at ready for processing since last Thur. And QV cashback claimed on 3 Nov, saying up to 14 days to appear in bank account, but nothing till now. These guys hopeless!

My order has finally changed from 'Ready to be Picked' to 'Ready to be Shipped' on the ego website. I had placed my order just before 9pm for anyone that's curious.
Also check your bank account if you have claimed cashback on the app - I haven't received mine yet…
