  I could of sworn the dispatch date when i ordered was 02/11 my 10 cases only got booked in to be picked up on the 7th

    Still says 05/11 as dispatch date on their website, yet mine wasn't booked for delivery until yesterday 09/11 (ordered 27/10).
    Pretty poor honestly. If it was 02/11 and then changed, it's unacceptable.
    My expected delivery date was today, it's now mysteriously next Friday 17/11.

    This is the second time I've had issues with Craft Cartel. I gave them another chance to see if they'd improved their service.

  recieved 9/10 cases today cant complain not a bad beer at all. wish it was a bit more seamless but all in all very happy for the price cheers craft cartel!
