      It's also on Gamepass, but I'm only 1/2 way through and it leaves on the 1st of Nov :(
      Looks like I'll have to buy the game to finish it.

        This is why I didn't start it on Game Pass, I knew I wouldn't finish before it left. I ended up getting the steelbook launch edition on PS5 for $49 last year. Got a way into it and stopped, I need to pick it up again :) Mind you I also bought the P5 and P5R on the PS4 as well before that and didn't finish those either! :D

        i bought the P5 Deluxe, then P5Royal then realised there was a PS5 version, so if i buy this, it would be the 3rd time im buying this game hence why i had been playing on XGP…

          I got the original P5 steel book, then PS4 Royal edition phantom thieves collectors. And now P5 on PS5

          I haven't finish any of them

          However now I want to sell the steel book and the phantom thieves one although the code is used for wallpaper

        This is why I cancelled XGP and sold my Xbox. I despise these subscriptions because of the deliberate FOMO. There should be an upfront time limits like old school rentals where it started the moment you started playing. It’s also not gonna stay “cheap” for very long at this rate.

          It's been on Game Pass for a year, I'd argue that there was plenty of time for someone to play it. I just never got around to playing it, so I can't see how that's FOMO. For games coming off Game Pass, they give you plenty of warning and a discount to purchase the game to keep.

      Yes if you want to play it on PS5 running natively on PS5. The PS4 game only runs as a backwards compatible game.

    I hate how Atlus is milking money out of this and make you pay again, instead of not giving us a PS4 upgrade to PS5. Shameful tactic.

    I should have bought this on Switch. It's such a time sink, where portable play as an option would make completing it more likely. The port is on par with the PS4 version fidelity and performs brilliantly. Unfortunate Switch tax on RRP and rare cheap copies on eBay make finding a bargain a game within itself.

      Switch version the graphics are inferior. But agree portability is nice. I'm buying it as collection really unlikely will play PS5 version over again

      Any copy of Royal that was released late last year on PS5, Xbox, Switch and PC will have all of the DLC included in the game.
